Build #18 · Week 18 · Launched Oct 2, 2026
LiveCase Study Works
Complex work. Clear proof. Case study writing and design for biotech, medtech, pharma, and the agencies that serve them: fixed-scope packages from $1,495, bought online, first draft within two business days of a complete intake. Fifteen years of my professional specialty, finally wearing a price tag.

The idea
What it is & why I built it
This is the build I have been circling for eighteen weeks without admitting it: the one from my actual day job. I have spent fifteen years turning complex work into clear sales assets, and biotech, medtech, and pharma are the hardest version of that problem, brilliant teams whose work takes explaining, selling to buyers who will not read a whitepaper. Case Study Works productizes exactly that: case study writing plus design, "complex work, clear proof," for the industries where proof is the entire sales motion.
The portfolio finally earns its keep here as a lab: Onerate proved services convert fastest (three warm leads while products earned pennies), PitchLite proved I will package expertise, and this build fuses the lessons with the one asset none of the other seventeen have, a decade and a half of reps. The honest details are doing the selling: fixed-scope packages from $1,495 bought online with no sales call, first draft within two business days of a complete intake, and the sample work labeled plainly as concept samples rather than passed off as client work. In an industry of vague retainers, the transparency is the positioning.
The build
How it was built
Standard week, different muscle: the build was mostly productization, not code. Packages with fixed scopes and public prices, an intake you can preview before paying, four industry lanes (biotech, medtech, pharma, and agencies who resell the work), guides for the SEO surface, and a process page that makes the two-business-day draft promise checkable. Buying a $1,495 service online only works if every unknown is answered before the checkout, so the entire site is engineered to remove the sales call.
It also reuses the house patterns: static and fast, honest disclosures everywhere, and guides as the acquisition layer aimed at the exact searches a medtech marketing lead types the week they need proof assets.
The money path
Where the revenue opportunity is
This is the biggest swing on the board, and the math is blunt: one package at $1,495 is sixteen times everything the portfolio has earned in nineteen weeks. The market provably pays, case studies are the top sales asset in B2B life sciences and agencies subcontract this work constantly, and the moat is the fifteen years, which no weekend competitor can clone. The funnel is honest and short: guides and samples earn the trust, fixed prices remove the negotiation, the intake preview removes the fear, and the two-day draft removes the waiting. The risk is equally blunt: premium B2B moves slowly and the first sale may take weeks of hand outreach to agencies and marketing leads I already know. That outreach starts now, and the first intake, whenever it lands, gets announced here with its real number.
The numbers
Analytics so far
Launch-weekend zeros with one number that decides the chart: intakes. A single completed intake at this price point rewrites the revenue dashboard, and the first one gets announced here with its real figure.
The recap
Lessons & results
Day-one lessons: productizing your own expertise is the opposite of the weekly lottery, the portfolio's other builds hunt for demand, this one was built on fifteen years of watching the demand exist. The open experiment is whether fixed prices and a previewable intake can sell premium B2B work with zero sales calls. One intake decides the chart. It gets published here, as always.
