The idea

What it is & why I'm building it

ShipWolf is the thing the rest of SideRoad has quietly been building toward. Every week I ship a business with the same small stack and the same set of Claude prompts. ShipWolf is me packaging that exact system so someone else can do it in an afternoon instead of figuring it out over a year.

It's the solo-founder launch kit. Five tools learned cold, sixty-plus copy-paste Claude prompts, two starter codebases, and the operator playbook for actually getting a thing live. One price, $249, and you get every update I ship after that too. No subscription, no team, no code required.

It's not selling yet. I'm still building it, which is the honest status. The prompts and tools are real because I use them every week, but I'm not going to flip the buy button on until the kit is genuinely worth $249 the day you open it. Revenue is zero until then, on purpose.

The build

How it's being built

The hardest part of ShipWolf isn't writing it, it's that it has to stay true. Every prompt in the kit is one I actually run, and the test is simple: it has to be re-tested on every launch I do. When a prompt stops earning its place in my own workflow, it doesn't belong in a kit people paid for.

So the build is really an extraction job. I take what's already working across MyNubs, BJJMath, Onerate and the rest, strip it down to the repeatable parts, and write it up so a stranger can follow it. The two starter codebases are the same skeletons I clone for new builds. The page you'd buy it on was built with ShipWolf itself, which is the only proof that matters.

What's left before launch: tightening the prompts, finishing the second codebase, and making sure the onboarding doesn't assume you already know what I know. When it's ready, it ships. Not before.

The stack

Tools used

60+ Claude prompts the core

Copy-paste prompts for naming, brand voice, landing copy, SEO and more. Each one re-tested on a real launch before it goes in.

Five tools, learned cold the stack

The exact five-tool setup I use for every build. Not a list of 40 options, just the five that actually ship product.

Two starter codebases the shortcut

The same skeletons I clone to start a new build. More added monthly.

$249 once, forever the offer

One payment. Every future tool, codebase and update included. No subscription, no upsell.

Nothing to show yet, because it isn't selling yet. The honest version of this page stays at zero until the kit is genuinely ready and the buy button goes live. When it does, the real sales numbers go right here, good or bad.

The recap

Lessons & results

Nothing to recap yet. ShipWolf is still being built. Once it launches and the first buyers go through it, I'll write up what landed, what I cut, and whether a $249 one-time kit was the right call right here.
